Summer is flying by, and we are getting excited to welcome our Tigers back for another amazing school year!
As you begin planning for the start of school, be sure to mark these important dates on your calendar:
Open House – July 29

A–H: 7:30–8:30 a.m.

I–P: 8:30–9:30 a.m.

Q–Z: 9:30–10:30 a.m.
First Day of School – July 31
As you enjoy these last few weeks of summer, we encourage you to keep learning alive through everyday experiences. Here are a few simple ways to support your child's learning:
- Read together for at least 20 minutes each day.
- Visit our local Auburn library.
- Play board games and card games that build math and problem-solving skills.
- Cook together and talk about measurements.
- Encourage your child to write stories, letters, or keep a journal.
- Explore parks, museums, and our community.
- Ask questions, wonder together, and talk about the world around you.
Learning doesn't only happen at school. Some of the greatest learning takes place through curiosity, conversations, and shared experiences.
We've also been introducing members of our Auburn Elementary family throughout the summer! If you haven't already, we encourage you to follow our Auburn Elementary Facebook and Instagram pages to meet our staff, stay up to date on important announcements, and get a behind-the-scenes look as we prepare for an exciting school year.
We can't wait to welcome our Tigers back very soon and begin another year of learning, growth, and success together.
