AES Families,
I wanted to share an important update with you regarding our Auburn Elementary leadership team. After more than 30 years of dedicated service in education, our Assistant Principal, Mrs. Jenny Lowe, has made the difficult decision to retire at the end of November.
While Mrs. Lowe has only been part of our Auburn family for a short time, we are grateful for the care and commitment she has shown our students, staff, and families. We certainly understand and support her decision to prioritize her health and family, and we wish her nothing but the very best as she begins this next chapter.
Mrs. Lowe wanted to share a personal message with our Auburn families, which I have included below.
A Message from Mrs. Jenny Lowe
Dear Auburn Families,
I wanted to personally share with you that I have made the difficult decision to retire from my position as Assistant Principal at Auburn Elementary due to health concerns. While this was not an easy decision, I know it is the best choice for me and my family at this time.
Although my time at Auburn has been brief, it has truly been a pleasure to serve this wonderful school community. In just a short time, I have grown to love the students, staff, and families who make Auburn such a special place. I am grateful for the opportunity to have been a small part of your children's educational journey.
With over 30 years in education, stepping away from a profession that I have loved for so long is bittersweet. Working with children and supporting their growth has always been close to my heart, and I will certainly miss the smiles, hugs, and daily interactions that make working in an elementary school so rewarding.
During my remaining time at Auburn, I will do everything I can to help ensure a smooth transition and continued support for our students, staff, and families.
Thank you for welcoming me into the Auburn family and allowing me the opportunity to serve your children. While my time here has been shorter than I had hoped, I will always be grateful for the memories and relationships made along the way.
With heartfelt appreciation,
Jenny Lowe
As we navigate this transition, please know that our commitment to providing a safe, positive, and supportive learning environment for every Tiger remains unchanged. We will continue working closely together to ensure our students, staff, and families are supported.
Please join me in thanking Mrs. Lowe for her years of service to education and wishing her good health, happiness, and many wonderful moments with her family in retirement.
Thank you, as always, for your continued support and partnership.
