Happy Monday! It's going to be a great week at AES! I wanted to reach out with a small reminder about our morning car rider line.
We love seeing so many of our families bringing their children to school and picking them up each day! We have a few more car riders this year than in years past, and we appreciate your patience and cooperation as we work to keep our car rider line moving safely and efficiently.
We wanted to share a quick observation about our morning arrival times. Between 7:10 and 7:20 AM, our car rider line is typically much lighter, allowing students to unload quickly and head to class. However, between 7:20 and 7:30 AM, traffic increases significantly, often creating a backup as we approach the start of the school day.
With so many cars arriving close to 7:30, some students are unable to make it into the building on time and must be checked in through the front office.
If your schedule allows, we encourage you to arrive a little earlier and take advantage of that 7:10–7:20 window. Even a few minutes can make a big difference in helping our line move more efficiently and ensuring our awesome Tigers are in their classrooms, ready to begin the day on time!
